A photo series of the Calakmul pyramid in Mexico. This abandoned pyramid, deep in the jungle, is one of the largest in South America. In this series, I seek to capture the numen within the modern context of this ruin, where the jungle has reclaimed parts of it, yet the restoration for tourism is also evident.
